Continuous rainfall has lashed parts of city and suburbs over the past 48 hours. There is water logging all over Mumbai including areas like Hindmata in Parel, Milan Subway in Andheri, central areas of Kurla, Sion and Dadar, Mira Road, Nallasopara and Vasai. Several streets were water logged causing traffic to move slow or move to a complete halt. Train services were also hit as tracks were submerged in water. Here are few visuals.

According to weather department, Mumbai has already received 60% of its annual rainfall till now. It has forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall till Saturday.
