Night Cat Tours, the innovative nightly tour service aimed at the Sydney tourism market, is thrilled to announce it will be featured on the popular WIN TV travel show 'Destinations' Saturday 16th July, 5.30PM.
(PRWEB) July 14, 2005 -- Night Cat Tours, the innovative nightly tour service
aimed at the Sydney tourism market, is thrilled to announce it will be featured
on the popular WIN TV travel show 'Destinations.'
Airing on Saturday July
16th 2005 at 5.30PM on the WIN TV regional network, the episode aims to capture
the theme of 'Sydney by Night' - and who better than Night Cat Tours for such a
show?
"Sydney at night is far more spectacular and we show our clients
some breathtaking views. Night Cat Tours simply offers the best night time tour
of this fantastic harbour city," says proprietor Stephen
Arnerich.
Arnerich said it was an honour to be showcased in such a
popular and well respected show.
"'Destinations' offers Night Cat Tours a
wonderful opportunity to promote the many night time attractions and views
Sydney offers," he said.
Anerich loves having Aussies on his tour
because quite often they enjoy and appreciate the historical perspective his
tour offers.
"For example many have little idea about the sly-grog and
razor gangs of Kings Cross. These fearsome criminals would rival Scorcese's
Gangs of New York!," he said. "We hope that many people in regional Australia
will be tempted to come and experience this rich history with Night Cat
Tours."
"At the same time, we have a lot of fun scratching beneath the
surface of the best city in Australia."
A spokeswoman for Tourism NSW
said that Night Cat Tours was a vital part of its strategy as it attempted to
entice country and interstate visitors back to Sydney.
"Tourism NSW
invited Night Cat Tours to participate and believe it a great Sydney product to
compliment our 'Sydney By Night' 'Destinations' show," she said.

In
2004, Night Cat Tours won its first Australian Achiever Award for Excellence in
Customer Service.
Having introduced charter tours, Mr Arnerich said these
were proving extremely popular with corporate groups given the amount of forward
bookings received to date.
He confirmed that demand for his regular
weekly tours had remained strong throughout the winter period, which normally
sees a fall in demand for tour services.
"We wanted to ensure that our
product offered competitive value and flexibility", he said. "Our new winter
schedule was a response to the requirements of the growing market for our
service".
"We have continued to cement our unique niche within a tough,
competitive industry", said Mr Arnerich. "I would like to take this opportunity
to thank Tourism NSW and my peers within the tourism industry for their
fantastic support and ongoing feedback".
Night Cat Tours has also
recently revamped its website which now includes an easy to use online booking
form.
Secure online bookings can be made at www.nightcattours.com or
via 1300 551 608.
