Andrew Cohen, founder of EnlightenNext and What Is Enlightenment? magazine will give a keynote presentation on "Spirituality for the 21st century."
UNITY VILLAGE, Mo.(PRWEB) Aug. 8, 2005 -- "What is Enlightenment?" magazine
editor Andrew Cohen will be the featured keynote speaker at Unity Village,
Missouri, (M-350 Highway and Colbern Road), near Lee’s Summit, during the
closing ceremony of the 12th annual celebration of Unity World Day of Prayer,
September 8, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. in the Activities Center. A book signing will
follow the service.
Cohen will address the subject of “Enlightenment for
the 21st Century.” The event is free and open to the public.
Andrew Cohen
is a pioneering spiritual teacher and founder of the award-winning "What Is
Enlightenment?" magazine. Over the past twenty years, he has become widely
recognized as a defining voice in the emerging field of evolutionary
spirituality. Through his public teachings, residential retreats, and close work
with a worldwide body of students, as well as through his engaged inquiry with
leading thinkers across diverse religious traditions and scientific disciplines,
Cohen is creating a new context for understanding personal spiritual
