Leaders of Innovation” training and development program. Dr. Charles Prather,
President and chief architect of the program said it has been serving clients

Chemicals, and others. Dr. Prather, former Manager of the DuPont Center for

“Developing
Leaders of Innovation” is a two-day program, and participation is limited to 25
people. It is usually presented to organizations or specific teams because
specific problems or issues common to all participants are addressed.
Participants select a development partner who is also a participant, and
together they create their own development plans, and hold each other
accountable for plan execution.
Bottom Line Innovation Associates is
