Accolo Expands Leadership Team with Client Services Pro
Accolo, Inc. has appointed Christy Tuescher as Director of Client Services, ensuring that all clients in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom continue to receive exceptional support as growth accelerates.
Larkspur, CA (PRWEB) June 28, 2005 -- Accolo, a pioneer in
professional-networking based Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), announced
the appointment of Christy Tuescher as Director of Client Services, reporting to
the Vice President, Matt Cooper. Tuescher brings over twelve years of experience
in both internal and outsourced human resources services, and will lead Accolo’s
rapidly growing client services team.
Tuescher began her recruiting
career with Consultis in Wisconsin. As General Manager, she grew the Wisconsin
territory into the third largest market for Consultis in the United States. She
has held strategic internal recruiting positions within both Oracle and Levi
Strauss. Most recently, Tuescher was a Senior Program Manager with Kelly HRFirst
where she was the lead for several GE business units and other major clients.
Under her leadership, the revenue from these relationships grew over 700%.
As part of Kelly HRFirst’s outsourced recruiting offering, she had a
front row seat to the emergence of RPO as an industry. “There is a lot of talk
in the marketplace about Recruitment Process Outsourcing, but very few firms
offer true RPO services. Of the true RPO companies, most are using the same
antiquated methods of recruiting producing inaccurate/templated job
descriptions, ineffective candidate identification and matching methods, and
poor communication with hiring managers and applicants. The persistence of this
model makes it difficult to provide the client with measurable improvements in
quality, efficiency or cost. Accolo’s unique integration of recruiting best
practices, professional networking and technology delivers on the promise of
RPO.”
“The addition of Christy to our team brings a great deal of
hands-on RPO integration and project management experience. There are very few
professionals in this emerging industry that carry her level of credibility and
track record in managing true end-to-end outsourced recruiting relationships,”
says Cooper. “Given the rapid growth of our client services team, her leadership
will be invaluable.”
“As the economy has turned around and companies look
to scale their recruiting efforts, many are reluctant to go back to the
traditional model of internal staff augmented by a dizzying array of technology,
tools, contract recruiters and agencies. Internal recruiting infrastructure is
very difficult to scale up and down with recruiting demand, resulting in high
overhead costs during slowdowns and low quality and client satisfaction during
periods of increased need,” says Tuescher. “The key to successful recruitment
outsourcing is to avoid the ‘your mess for less’ mentality. Clients should not
expect improvement if another company is managing legacy technology, staff and
processes. At Accolo, we apply our unique knowledge of recruiting best practices
in a way that delivers quantifiable and significant results for the
client.”
