pillaging the decent worker to the tune of an estimated 60 billion dollars
annually from a least three programs including Social Security, Medicare, and
Medicade. Taxpayers are supplementing those who choose not to work or work for
cash. These entitlement paracites pay little or no taxes and are a drain on our
precious entitlement programs. Practically everyone nationwide is aware of
someone perpetrating this type of fraudulant behavior. Many of these program

personal survey of individuals whom he met and spoke with. Mr. Shuman would

of their participation in entitlement scams.
