Funky Fresh Designs for High Impact Appeal
Sayers Design ensures that clients stand out in a crowded market place – he has a unique talent to capture the eye and the imagination of the viewer…what more could anyone ask for
LONDON, ON (PRWEB) July 29, 2005 -- Walter Sayers is known for his high
impact, award winning designs. After twelve years working with major ad
agencies, he ventured on his own with Sayers Design in June 2004. He started
with a distinct vision and a team of three full time designers eager to assist –
his children, aged nine, six, and five.
”I like to show my kids what I’m
working on. A lot of my material is focused on children and youth organizations,
family entertainment, and special events. My kids offer lots of insight and they
like to contribute their own drawings and designs – which I display on my
inspiration wall.”
Sayers Design offers design and illustrations to
companies who want to get noticed. His style reflects his funky fresh approach.
It is bright, bold, and creative – at times, turning to multi-media
illustrations created from an eclectic mix of odds and ends including wood, tin,
nails, wire, and fabric within acrylic and computer illustrations.
When
organizers of the London Fringe Festival wanted something that would stand up
and get noticed, Sayers created a 3D collaged artwork, which can be seen on the
billboard at York and Ridout Streets. His daughter's painting was used for the
background and she donated some of her doll’s hair for the main piece. A chef’s
apron was glued over the wooden body; his hat created from his wife’s decorative
nails and his son's baby spoon – everything in his home is fair game. The final
assembly was photographed and a digital file was created to design the final
piece.
“Walter’s ability to listen and then translate the ideas into an
actual concept is unparalleled,” said Kathy Navackas, Producer, London Fringe
Theatre Festival. “He has delivered the look that we want when we need it. The
nature of the Fringe is to get attention and Walter has accomplished this for
us.”
Sayers has used his amazing talents to create incomparable marketing
material for many organizations including the London International Children’s
Festival, London and Region Fund Raising Executives, London Shriners, London
Anti-Bullying Coalition, Mom and Caregivers Captured Moments calendar, and
Junior Achievement London Business Hall of Fame. Recently, Sayers finished a
diverse campaign for the London Regional Children’s Museum’s 30th anniversary
that captured and reflected the spirit of the museum. “It feels great to do work
for organizations that give back to the community. It’s nice to know that I have
helped,” said Sayers.
