Bin Laden Acknowledges Bush Global Liberty Movement

In a videotape released on October 29, 2004 bin Laden has asserted his and Islamic Fundamentalism’s alignment with the Bush global liberty principle. This principle states that every state has a right to its liberty, its innocent, civilian noncombatants not being subject to terrorist attacks. President Bush has said many times that “spreading liberty” is the national mission of the USA. Most recently, in a joint press conference with Tony Blair, he said “We must apply the combined strength of Europe and America ... to advance freedom ... And in all that lies ahead in the defense of freedom ... America, the United Kingdom, and all of Europe must act together.” This is a clear statement of the Bush global liberty principle. And now bin Laden has acknowledged his alignment with this core Bush principle.

(PRWEB) November 24, 2004 -- In a videotape released on October 29, 2004 bin Laden has asserted his and Islamic Fundamentalism’s alignment with the Bush global liberty principle. And in all that lies ahead in the defense of freedom, ... America, the United Kingdom, and all of Europe must act together.” This is a basic statement on the Bush global liberty principle.

President Bush's global liberty movement is making the point clearly: all terrorism is unjust, and the international community includes all people who are against terrorism on all innocent, civilian non-combatants. So this is the point on which all are called to agree. An American strategic victory occurs whenever states and their people align themselves with the Bush global liberty principle. All Muslim leaders, if they are truly being honorable and just, will want to proclaim their alignment with the Bush global liberty principle, for the good of the security and liberty of their people.

Now, in his statement, bin Laden has asserted his and Islamic Fundamentalism’s alignment with the Bush global liberty principle. He stated their alignment this way.

“It is known that those who hate freedom don't have souls with integrity ... As you spoil our security, we will do so to you. ... we have to punish the transgressor with the same ... so that ... they stop killing our women and children. ... Any nation that does not attack us will not be attacked. ... I say to you that security is an important pillar of human life.”

Bin Laden’s basic dispute with the USA is the military presence in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. However President Bush has made it clear that the US national strategy is to help build and then leave a free and independent Iraq and Afghanistan. And he has made his support clear for a just, two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. But it is only the Palestinian people who will decide this resolution, not outsiders, neither the USA nor external Muslims.

President Bush has made facilitating a just resolution for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict a “major component” of his national strategy. And this has culminated in the Roadmap to Peace. President Bush has said many times that “spreading liberty” is the keystone of his national strategy. And the Roadmap extends his global liberty movement - every state has a right to its liberty - by calling for a secure Israel living side by side with a secure Palestinian state. Now, in a joint press conference with Tony Blair, President Bush has outlined his vision of a pro-liberty, stable, democratic Palestinian state, approved by both the Palestinians and Israelis in final status negotiations. Every Palestinian should hear of the Bush global liberty movement and the human rights they will attain through their alignment with the Bush state liberty principle.

In Iraq the Iraqi people will decide their leaders. If bin Laden is truly aligned with the Bush global liberty principle, he should call on Islamic Fundamentalists to join the political process and let the Iraqi people decide who is best suited to provide them with a free and independent Iraq. And America will leave. He should call off all attacks on innocent, civilian noncombatants - woman, children, and all others - and let the political process be established. The world is watching. The future of Islamic Fundamentalism is in his hands.
