Reach Thousands of Ecommerce Marketing Professionals As a Presenter at eComXpo™ Virtual Tradeshow October 6-8, 2005
eComXpo is issuing a call to all experts of interest to the affiliate, search engine, and interactive marketing world.
Bannockburn, IL (PRWEB) June 14, 2005 -- Building on the overwhelming success
of the first eComXpo virtual tradeshow for eCommerce marketers, eComXpo is
calling for presentation proposals for the next show, October 6-8,
2005.
New for the next show, eComXpo has expanded the show to include
tracks of interest to search engine, interactive, and non-profit marketing
professionals, as well as affiliate marketers. It will consider presentation
suggestions from leaders, experts, authors, educators and professionals of
interest to these audiences.
Declan Dunn of the DunnDirectGroup, one of
the top-rated speakers at the last eComXpo felt that the ease of creating and
delivering his presentation added to the successful feedback he received from
his audience. “The virtual nature of eComXpo allowed me to reach and interact
with hundreds of participants from the comfort of my own home office,” said
Dunn. “I had no travel costs and was able to answer questions from the audience
with my feet up on the couch! I’m already working on my presentation for the
next eComXpo.”
eComXpo’s unique patent-pending
xPocast™ technology makes it easy for presenters to prepare their materials in
advance and interact live with their audience, including polling, questions and
answers and the exchange of business cards.
Presenters are encouraged to
submit proposals for presentations, panel discussions, and/or educational
sessions for the eCommerce marketing professional. Robert Grosshandler, eComXpo
Speaker Chair, polled attendees from the last show to find out what they’d like
to see at the next show.
“In addition to expanding on the key topics,
attendees have expressed interest in hearing about the latest techniques in
interactive advertising, search engine marketing, site building, motivating
affiliates, publishing, email marketing, blogging, fraud, spam, phishing,
financial, regulatory, legal and employment issues, and of course, hot new
products and technologies,” said Grosshandler. “We’re looking for introductory,
as well as advanced information for our attendees.”
eComXpo is the first
virtual tradeshow for search, affiliate and interactive marketers. Its unique
technology and approach provide the benefits of a traditional tradeshow,
allowing exhibitors, presenters and attendees to have fun, exchange information,
network and generate hundreds of new business leads without the hassle, time or
expense of travel.
eComXpo debuted last February, attracting over 1,600
attendees, 100 exhibitors, and the exchange of over 8,000 business cards. These
numbers are expected to more than double for the Fall 2005 show. Additionally,
75 top industry luminaries addressed attendees with interactive presentations
that were attended over 11,000 times throughout the three day conference.
Speakers included Lee Rainie, Director of the Pew Internet & American Life
Project, Daniel E. Hess of comScore Networks®, Inc., Doc Searls of IT Garage,
George Garrick of wine.com® and many more.
Shawn Collins of
AffiliateTip.com, a speaker himself at the first eComXpo, wrote in the February
22, 2005 publication iMediaConnection “…but the thing that really struck me was
the nature of the presentations. They ran over 75 educational sessions led by
the leaders in the space. These presentations could be viewed at scheduled times
or on demand after the scheduled first run. eComXpo also addresses the needs of
the majority of affiliates by running the event online with an extremely low
price-point. It was the first event of this magnitude in the industry, and as
far as I was concerned, it was a great success. I managed to recruit some
affiliates, share some ideas, and learn a couple or three
things.“
