(PRWEB) June 15, 2005 -- For their fourth consecutive year, the Good
Samaritan Hospital Foundation is hosting “Making Miracles Happen,” an event for
women to learn, laugh, lounge and lunch. The outing will take place on Tuesday,
July 5th, and will also raise funds for Women's and Children's Services at the
hospital.
Held at the famed Minisceongo Golf Club in Pomona, N.Y.,
“Making Miracles Happen” will be a day filled with fun and leisure, beginning
with an 8:00 am continental breakfast. Attendees will then be invited to learn
to play golf in a special instructional Golf Clinic geared toward beginning
women players, or more experienced players can try their swings in a 9-hole
Scramble. Participants may also choose to sit by the pool and relax with a
massage, play tennis, or try their luck in the card room. A fun-filled awards
luncheon will conclude the festivities and will feature prizes, gifts and
shopping.
Various sponsorship opportunities are available, beginning at
only $125 for a Tee Sponsor. Sponsors will receive publicity, as well as
prominent mention on the sponsor board. Individual golfers are invited to attend
at a cost of $125, for either the scramble or the clinic. The cost to attend the
luncheon only is $40 per person.
