SAI Global Limited today announced the acquisition of Easy i Holdings Limited, a compliance training and awareness solutions company with operations in the United States and the United Kingdom.

delivery of standards and regulatory compliance solutions. The Chief Executive
Officer at SAI Global Limited, Mr. Ross Wraight, said this transaction is part
