The North Jersey Christian Writers Group (NJCWG) presents a writers' conference that no struggling or striving author need miss. For only $30.00 we offer a full-day conference that brings experienced authors, educators and industry professionals to a convenient North Jersey location.

Writers’ Group (NJCWG) is sponsoring A REASON TO WRITE, a one-day writers’
conference and workshop, on Saturday, October 8, 2005 from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
hosted at the Ringwood Baptist Church, 30 Carletondale Road, Ringwood, NJ 07456.
We present a conference that is affordable, informative and responsive.
Registration is only $30.00 per person and includes: a full day of classes,
material packet, a variety of free publications (with writers' guidelines),
access to the NJCWG Writers' Blog, a continental breakfast and a buffet
luncheon. Our instructors and staff offer something for nearly every genre and
every level of expertise. Both novice writers and accomplished authors will find
ways to hone their craft and expand their writing horizons.

Louise Bergmann DuMont
is an author & speaker whose recent releases include Grace by the Cup: A

periodicals, newspapers, and journals.
Kathryn Mackel is the acclaimed

is a produced screenwriter, having worked for Disney, Fox, and Showtime, and her
most recent project The Departed (WestBow Press), a novel for adults, exposes
the dark side of television mediums.
Patrick O'Toole is a published
technical writer and a lifelong student of storytelling. He is currently writing
a feature length screenplay and over the past 15 years has taught sessions on
personal growth, scriptures, computer programming and creative writing.Rebeca
Seitz is the first dedicated publicist for Thomas Nelson's fiction imprint,

Juliann Weston is a creative writer, playwright, director and
