NLDC Announces New "Home Savers" Program
Now Homeowners can Save their Home and Avoid Bankruptcy
Burbank, CA (PRWEB) April 21, 2005 -- National Legal Debt Centers, Inc.
(04/21/05) Despite home values being at record highs, interest rates are
starting to increase and many homeowners are finding themselves falling behind
with their mortgage payments.
According to Foreclosure.com Foreclosure
listings nationwide went up 50% from February to march 2005. This is a dramatic
increase indicating the real estate bubble may have started to burst. In the
wake of this, over one million Americans were late on their mortgage payment
last month and half went into foreclosure. In addition, studies show that 80% of
the people who get debt consolidation loans end up in worse financial trouble
within a very short time, and that most people soon find their credit cards
maxed out to their limits again.
In response to client demand, National
Legal Debt Centers has created the "Home Savers" Program, to help clients stop a
foreclosure and avoid bankruptcy. Jonathan Hernandez of NLDC said, "There's
nothing more rewarding then helping a client save their home and at the same
time saving their credit and preventing a bankruptcy. We're getting 100's of
calls daily now, from all over the country. Foreclosures have literally gone
through the roof recently and we've doubled our staff in just the past month, to
assist even more American's to save their homes and credit."
“Our
Foreclosure Prevention Service gets clients back on track with their mortgage
and takes care of the past due payments by doing one of the following:
1) By
putting all of your payments on the back of the loan rather than the front
2)
Taking all your late mortgage back payments and dividing them over the remaining
term of the mortgage loan(without refinancing).
3) A simple mortgage
repayment plan that is spread over a period of 6 to 18 months.”
Thinking
about Bankruptcy? Think Twice!
Fact: Every year, over 77% of all
consumers who file Chapter 13's bankruptcy are kicked out of the plan with no
protection!
Why?: One of the main reason is that once you filed
bankruptcy, your debtors can kick you out of the program if you are even one day
late with any of your payments. Realize that once you've filed for most types of
bankruptcy, you face the court system on a constant basis trying to get
everything settled. The payment must be in on the exact day due without fail.
Over 77% of all people who file Chapter 13 end up slipping up and being kicked
out. Plus a foreclosure or a bankruptcy are on your credit report for 7-10
years. Worse yet, a possible employer could get your court records anytime, for
the rest of your life!
Per Mr. Hernandez, "By restructuring all of a
clients major debts, we able to help them keep their home and preserve their
credit without the devastation of a bankruptcy."
