All of the facilitators and design specialists at The Center for Leadership Transformation completed assignments at FedEx’s esteemed Leadership Institute or FedEx Global Sales Training. The team features over 200 years of combined award-winning management and leadership experience in addition to formal training and experience in developing and delivering leadership training for FedEx management. Among the Center’s team are numerous executives who spent years leading international and cross-cultural teams in the U.S. and as expatriates in various countries.

Such global experience puts the Center in a great position for helping clients produce desirable business results in the challenging global business environment. The Center’s programs include: Transformational Leadership, Women’s Leadership, Leadership for Asians in US Companies, Global Business Leadership for companies doing business outside the U.S., Leadership for Hispanics and Ethics.
