The award honors 10 distinguished
individuals; winners were selected based on quality of product and contributions
towards research and development of China’s dairy industry. Over one thousand
dairy companies in China were evaluated by the committee; the 10 winners consist
of five executives from dairy product enterprises and five government scientific
researchers.
